Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the different nature of our products (furniture and electrical items), please review this policy carefully.

Return Window & Condition
You have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return. Items must be in new, unused, and unassembled condition, in their original, undamaged packaging with all parts and accessories intact. For desk lamps, this means the product must not have been plugged in or used.

Non-Returnable Items & Conditions

  • Assembled or used furniture: Bed frames and nightstands that have been assembled or show signs of use cannot be returned .

  • Used electrical items: Desk lamps that have been plugged in, used, or show signs of operation .

  • Custom or special order items: Cannot be returned unless defective .

  • Final sale items: Marked "Clearance," "As-Is," or "Final Sale."

  • Missing/damaged packaging: Items must be returned with original packaging intact .

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse, improper assembly, or accidents .

Return Process & Fees

  1. Contact us for a Return Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days. Returns without RMA will not be accepted .

  2. Pack items securely in original packaging with all hardware and instructions. Bed frames must be disassembled and returned in original boxes .

  3. Customer pays return shipping. For large items (bed frames), costs can be significant. We recommend trackable, insured service .

  4. 15-20% restocking fee may apply .

  5. Refund issued within 10-15 business days after receipt and inspection . Original shipping fees non-refundable .

Exchanges
Exchanges are handled as a return and new purchase. Return the original item (following above process), then place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items
Inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery. For freight deliveries, note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing . For desk lamps, check packaging carefully. Contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of damage and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement, part shipment, or refund.

Missing Parts
If your bed frame or nightstand arrives missing hardware or parts, contact us within 7 days. We'll ship missing parts free of charge.
