Calculated at checkout based on item size/weight and destination. Bed frames have separate freight charges shown at checkout. Free standard shipping on qualifying orders.
3. Do you ship outside the contiguous US?
Currently, we only ship to the contiguous 48 states.

10. What is LTL freight delivery?
LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) shipping is used for large items like bed frames. Carrier will schedule delivery. Standard is curbside or threshold – driver will not bring inside unless White Glove service purchased .
11. What if my furniture arrives damaged?
Critical: Inspect immediately upon delivery. For freight, note any visible damage on delivery receipt before signing . Contact us within 48 hours with photos. Do not discard packaging .
12. What payment methods do you accept?
